1. ABOUT THIS WEBSITE
This website is operated by ADA Motor Center LLC, a licensed Georgia used motor vehicle dealer, license UCAR052931. It provides general information about our inventory, financing inquiries, and vehicle-sourcing services. Website content is not a binding offer, sales contract, financing approval, warranty, or reservation.
2. VEHICLE INFORMATION AND AVAILABILITY
Inventory, photographs, prices, mileage, equipment, condition, title information, history, auction disclosures, and availability may change or contain errors. All material terms must be confirmed in writing before purchase. A vehicle is not reserved until ADA Motor Center accepts a signed written agreement and any required payment.
3. CONDITION, INSPECTIONS, AND WARRANTIES
Used vehicles may show wear, prior repairs, defects, or other conditions. Customers should review all available disclosures and may arrange an independent inspection before purchase when permitted. Warranty coverage varies by vehicle. A warranty or service contract applies only when expressly stated in the applicable FTC Buyers Guide or another signed written agreement. Oral statements do not create a warranty.
4. FINANCING
Website forms request financing information only and are not credit applications or approvals. Financing may be available through Lendmark Financial. Approval, rates, terms, lender fees, and down-payment requirements are determined solely by the lender. Do not submit Social Security numbers, bank account numbers, or other sensitive credit information through general website forms, email, or WhatsApp.
5. CUSTOM VEHICLE SOURCING AND AUCTIONS
ADA Motor Center may search dealer inventory and wholesale auction networks. The customer must approve any bid or purchase in writing. Available title, history, condition, inspection, and auction information varies by vehicle and source. Auction results, vehicle condition, availability, and savings are not guaranteed.
Service fees are based on the final vehicle price: $250 up to $5,999; $350 from $6,000 to $10,999; $450 from $11,000 to $14,999; and $550 for $15,000 or more. A $600 to $800 bid deposit may be required before bidding. If no vehicle is won, the bid deposit is refundable. If a vehicle is won, the deposit is applied to the vehicle purchase. Exact payment, refund, bid authorization, and fee terms will be provided in a written Broker Fee Agreement before bidding.
Auction buyer fees, transportation, taxes, title, registration, inspection, repair, storage, and other third-party charges may be separate from ADA Motor Center's service fee and vehicle price. All estimated costs are subject to confirmation.

Links to Copart, Manheim, IAA, Lendmark Financial, or other third parties are provided for convenience. ADA Motor Center does not control their content, inventory, access rules, eligibility, fees, availability, security, or privacy practices. A link does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, or guaranteed purchasing access.
7. ACCEPTABLE USE AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
You may use this website only for lawful personal or business inquiries. You may not interfere with the site, submit false information, attempt unauthorized access, copy protected content for commercial use, or use the site for fraud or unlawful activity. ADA Motor Center LLC owns or licenses the website's branding and original content.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ADA Motor Center is not responsible for losses caused by reliance on unconfirmed website information, third-party websites, auction platform decisions, internet interruptions, or unauthorized use of customer devices. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
9. GOVERNING LAW AND CHANGES
These Terms are governed by Georgia law. We may update them by posting a revised effective date. Vehicle sales, sourcing, deposits, fees, financing, warranties, and other transactions are also governed by the specific written documents signed for that transaction; those documents control if they conflict with this website page.
